Who makes the jewellery?

The maker of your jewellery is Kathryn Greer. With over 15 years of experience in floral glassworking and jewellery making, Kathryn draws and creates each piece of jewellery individually. To find out more: The Workshop.

Where is the jewellery made?

All the jewellery is made by hand in our French workshop, near Paris.

Are the flowers real? How do you insert real flowers into glass?

All the flowers are made by hand, one by one, in glass by Kathryn. They are created at the same time as the glass bead they are inserted in.

Where do the materials in the jewellery come from?

We buy the materials where it is best made and where the conditions in the workshops are ethical.

The sterling silver comes from mostly from the EU and on rare occasions from the USA.

The glass comes from Italy, Germany, China and the USA. We only select high quality made glass from high end brands.

Wedding jewellery

I would love you to make my custom wedding jewellery. When should I contact you?

It is best to contact us at least 4 months before your wedding, as jewellery for this kind of event is very specific and requires a lot of discussion before being created.

However, if you are getting married within less than 4 months, fell free to contact us anyway and we will be delighted to help you find a solution for your jewellery needs.

Shipping and payment

When will I receive my piece of jewellery?

Most of the jewellery on our online shop is made to order. This means we make your jewellery after you place your order, within 10 working days. Your order should arrive within 1-3 weeks after it is shipped, depending on where you live.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments by card, Paypal or bank transfer.

How will you ship my order?

We ship all orders with a tracking number, using our national postal service. If the order is urgent, it is possible to change carier after approval of the extra shipping cost.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and link to follow the parcel. You may also find this information on your account on this website.

How can I return or exchange an item in my order?

It is possible to return or exchange an item as long as both the jewellery and the packaging is in its initial state. The shipping costs for sending an item back to us is to be paid for by the customer.

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the order.

Send the jewellery back within 30 days of receiving the order.

ATTENTION: it is not possible to return custom orders.

International orders and VAT

I live outside of the EU, do I still have to pay French VAT (already included in the displayed prices)?

Only France residents and individuals in the EU have to pay French VAT (included in the displayed prices) when ordering from our online shop. If you live outside of the EU or are a company outside of France, the VAT will automatically be removed from your order.

I live outside of the EU and have been asked to pay for customs taxes...

If you live outside of the EU, it is possible you will be asked to pay these taxes to receive your order. These taxes, as well as the delays caused by customs, are not our responsability.
